Planning Commission Meeting will include two matters relevant to Bala Cynwyd:

1. CLASS II HISTORIC RESOURCE DESIGNATION: 335 Righters Ferry Road, Bala Cynwyd – An ordinance to add the property to the Historic Resource Inventory as a Class II Historic Resource, with a historic house and barn ruin as Contributing Elements;
2. CODE AMENDMENT- Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) – Z-23-001 – Discussion of an ordinance to amend the Zoning Code to permit FFL as a Conditional Use in the Town Center (TC2), Light Industrial (LI), City Avenue District Regional Center Area (CAD-RCA), City Avenue District Bala Cynwyd Retail (CAD-BCR) and Rock Hill Road (RHR) zoning districts and incorporate the conditional use standards for the FFL use.
