Preliminary Lot Line Change – 22 Bryn Mawr Ave and 104 Upland Terrace: Lot line change to increase lot area of 104 Upland Terrace to permit construction of of a new concrete patio and walkway. Proposed change will increase lot area and rear set back for 104 Upland and decrease overall impervious coverage; will create conforming rear yard set back but requires a waiver because existing non-conformities for 22 Bryn Mawr Ave (min. rear yard) and 104 Upland Terrace, (maximum impervious coverage, side yard set back, lot width and minimum area will continue, although the impervious coverage non-conformity will be reduced).
