PRELIMINARY LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – 111 Presidential Boulevard, Bala Cynwyd, Ward 9, LD# 3888 – A
proposal showing the demolition of the existing improvements on the property and construction of a five-story
mixed-use building to contain 425 residential dwelling units, 25,973 sq. ft. of ground floor commercial space, and
676 structured parking spaces. The plan includes 19,213 sq. ft. of public gathering space and streetscape
improvements,
PRELIMINARY LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN -1 Belmont Ave , Bala Cynwyd, Ward 9, LD# 3889 – A proposal showing
the construction of two buildings. Building A is a six-story building with a 37,362 sq. ft. footprint containing 164
residential dwelling units, 2,674 sq. ft. of ground floor commercial space and 33 parking spaces located at the
corner of St. Asaphs Road and Belmont Avenue. Building B is a five-story building with a 71,111 sq. ft. footprint
containing 108 residential dwelling units, 28,650 sq. feet of ground floor restaurant/commercial space, and a
wrapped parking structure with 608 parking spaces located at the intersection of City Avenue and Belmont
Avenue. An elevated pedestrian bridge is shown to connect the two buildings
