Planning Commission

PRELIMINARY LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – 231 & 251 St. Asaphs Road, One & Three Bala Plaza, 333 E. City Avenue, Two Bala Plaza, Bala Cynwyd, LD# Nos. 3819 and 3820, Ward 9 – A proposal showing a master plan for development of the 56-acre properties. The plan shows construction of ten new structures containing 567 residential units as well as a mix of office, retail, hotel and structured parking on the One & Three Bala Plaza property. The plan also shows 190 residential units over two parking structures containing retail on the Two Bala Plaza property.   In-person attendance by the public will be permitted at this meeting.  The public is also permitted to attend virtually.  A virtual meeting link may be requested via email to hcolello@lowermerion.org until 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. In addition to in-person and virtual attendance,  public comments can also be provided via email to hcolello@lowermerion.org, by postal mail addressed to Lower Merion Township Planning Commission via US Mail at 75 E. Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore, PA 19003, or by phone to 610.645.6271 until 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting.
