Conditional Use approval is sought to pursuant to Zoning Code Section 155-6.7.B.5 and 155-
6.6.E, to:
• Exceed the maximum permitted lot width, required by 155.6.7.B.3;
• Deviate from the multipurpose path standards, required by 155.6.7.B.4 and the
pedestrianway standards, required by 155-6.6.B.4.; and
• Deviate from the building configuration standards, required by 155-6.6.D.1.f.
The property is zoned CAD-BCR and is in Ward 9. Federal Realty Investment Trust is the
equitable owner and George W. Broseman, Esq., authorized agent, is the applicant.
