Preliminary Land Development Plan – 121 E. City Avenue, Bala Cynwyd, LD# 3878, Ward 9 – A proposal showing the demolition of the existing Lord & Taylor structure on the property and construction of a six-story building. The proposed building contains 15,547 sq. ft of retail space, 220 dwelling units, and 240 parking spaces in structured parking.  Consideration and possible discussion about whether to require traffic signal at St Asaph’s Road exit from shopping center as a part of this development.   In-person attendance by the public will be permitted at this meeting.
